ZUMBA

Zumba is a popular cardio fitness dance class for teens & adults based on Latin dance styles (Salsa, Cumbia, Merenque, Salsa, Reggaeton, and much more) and choreography. 

"Zumba" comes from a Colombian word that means to move fast and to have fun.  We have so much fun at the attic that you will forget that you sweat! Come Join the Party!  

PiYo Pilates/Yoga

PiYo LIVE is designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and tone muscles—all in the same class! PiYo LIVE brings the physical and mental benefits of yoga with the added bonus of a major caloric burn. Set to the best music, using only your body weight, you’ll perform a series of high-intensity, low-impact moves that will work every single muscle for a long, lean, and incredibly defined physique.

 

With its focus on flexibility and core strength, it’s the perfect option for those who are looking for something that’s low-impact and delivers results for every age and fitness level. There’s no yoga experience required.

BOMBAY JAM

Bombay Jam incorporates cardio and toning routines into one action-packed total body workout, and routines are set to custom music mixes created by Bombay's hottest DJ's.

 

The cardio routines incorporate basic, easy to follow dance fitness moves full of Bollywood flare, and the toning segment focuses on sculpting long, lean muscle. In just an hour-long class, you can burn hundreds of calories!

Please bring your own yoga mat (or borrow ours) for ab-workout.  Last 10-15 minutes of class.
