I am passionate about dance and fitness. Bombay Jam is my happy place I have been teaching Bombay Jam classes since 2015 and thoroughly enjoy the format that combines dance and fitness with such fun choreography and lively music. As an instructor, I aspire to motivate and inspire members to make fitness a part of their lifestyle. Life is better when you dance!


I am a certified Bombay Jam and Zumba instructor.




I have been dancing all my life with experience in many fields of dance: ballet, tap, salsa, modern, jazz, and hip-hop.  I've danced with many studio groups, urban-dance troops, UCSB Dance Major and hip-hop competition groups.  I found Zumba and I started teaching at many locations in the area but now only here at "The Rhythm Attic" and Cheryl Burke Studio in Mountain View with some of my dearest friends.  Come join me for a fun dance party atmosphere!  You won't know you are working out.

My top interest of life is choosing to be happy, and dancing makes me happy. I’ve been passionate about dancing since childhood; I began my journey in dancing with Indian classical and continued with various other dance forms. Being a part of various dance groups and my passion for fitness got me closer to Bombay Jam. It’s the perfect combination of dance and fitness. I believe that music makes you groove more than you expect, resulting in more calorie burn!

I have an engineering degree, and I work in IT for a software company. I'm a certified Bombay Jam instructor, and I love to share my talents with folks of all ages and abilities. I love to exercise and dance with a group of people as it spreads more energy and enthusiasm. Join me to spread the happiness, bring out the energy, and make yourself a better person everyday!! Tamaho is an ACE and AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor with over 8 years of experience in leading group fitness classes. She is specialized in Zumba® Fitness, PiYo® Live, STRONG by Zumba®, as well as HIIT and Barre formats.

Growing up, fitness and music were her vital. She started gymnastics at age 3 and martial arts at age 7. She also started practicing electric organ at age 3 and played the bass in high school. After few breaks, her passion to fitness and music returned when she discovered Zumba® Fitness in Florida in 2010 and got certified in January 2011.

In addition to variety of Zumba® formats, she also got PiYo ® in 2014, INSANITY in 2015, STRONG by Zumba® in 2016 and Barre in 2019. Teaching group fitness classes is her passion. She is a fun, passionate, dedicated, and well respected instructor. Her classes are fun and challenging.



My philosophy in life is "If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you!"
I have loved dancing to Bollywood music ever since I was a kid, and my love for dance only grew stronger with time. I have been teaching Bombay Jam for 3 years and it is the most exhilarating experience to spread the joy to many people. Besides teaching I am very active with other fitness forms as well, such as Yoga, Pilates, Boot Camp and Strength Training. I previously taught Bombay Jam at studios in Palo Alto, Mountain View and now Santa Clara. Combining fitness and dance is one of the best ways to burn those calories with high impact cardio and then tone those muscles—and of course, have so much fun with it! And that's why I love what I do.
