  • Please arrive on time for warm up and stay for cool down—this prevents injuries!

  • Please consult with a physician before doing two classes a day

  • Be sure to bring water and hydrate!

  • Bombay Jam Students: please bring a yoga mat. We have a limited number of studio mats to borrow. First come, first serve.
